Annual Benchmark Studies
Sequent will conduct ongoing research and provide members with annual benchmark reports for each study. We will conduct at least 2 studies each year:- Product Management Functional Excellence, and
- Product Management Organizational Development.
These research studies are based on a maturity model and designed to be repeated annually to identify possible changes in Product Management organizational maturity level or other trends over time.
Custom Research
Sequent can perform custom research in Product Management and Marketing as requested by members. Fees for this research are reduced for members of the Product Management Executive Board and will be defined on a case-by-case basis depending on the size and scope of the project.
Organizational Development Comparative Performance Analysis
Upon request, Sequent will analyze and compare a member company's survey responses on the Organizational Development study to the rest of the study population, providing a mini-report that identifies opportunities for additional development.
